Health Trainers

The co-ordination of Health Trainer (HT) Development and Services is undertaken by the South Central Health Trainer Programme. 

Em Rahman is the HT Programme Lead, who works with a network of colleagues listed below.  Terms of Reference for the Hub have been agreed and those involved in commissioning, developing and delivering Health Trainer Services, are invited to join the Hub.

Health Trainer Regional Networking Event

5th October 2011

A regional networking event for Health Trainers was held on the 5th October which provided Health Trainers from across the South Central area the opportunity to connect, share practice and network with their peers.

The key note speaker at the event was Dr Andrew Mortimore from NHS Southampton who presented on the new Public Health system and Professor Jayne Parry also provided an interim update on the National Health Trainer Evaluation.
